The floor area is much bigger than most newly built condominiums. Each room is able to fit in the essential furniture and fixture and still has some decent space to move about. Due to the layout, all units have very good ventilation and is breezy. In term of long term investment, it is definitely a good buy as this is the only freehold condo in Pasir Ris.

1) Freehold, it's very rare high rise freehold condo in Singapore under 1000 psf (can easily go up beyond 1000 psf soon due to its freehold status)
Perfect for inheritance and no worry about your property decreasing in value as the lease gets shorter
2) 10-15 mins walk or 3 bus stops to Pasir Ris MRT, also many bus routes to various locations
3) Minutes to Pasir Ris Park, Beach and Downtown East for family picnics during the weekend
4) Many options for shopping (Elias Mall, Giant, IKEA, Courts, West Plaza, Whitesands)
