The apartment is situated very near to all amenities MRT is only 2 mins away and the underground MRT passage way can lead to City Square mall and others exits eg Teka markets Mustafa etc
Restaurants cafes and coffeeshops are only mins away
The estate have a small swimming pool and an outdoor gym and the estate is well maintain
