The condo is 2 blocks away from One KM shopping mall. The nearest station is MRT Paya Lebar and Dakota. I usually take rental bike or bus to go for commute. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. It is also near Joo Chiat and Katong area that has lots of good places to eat:)

Very windy for a low floor unit. It felt much larger than 1130sqft.
