Living at Siglap V has honestly been one of those decisions you appreciate more over time

It’s a boutique development so it feels quiet and private not the crowded condo atmosphere The space is very practical too and it’s bright and comfortable for daily living

The location is a huge plus You’re right in the Siglap stretch with cafes food and everyday conveniences There’s a 24-hour McDonald across the road 24-hour supermarket right below and another just across the road which makes late night or last minute grocery runs incredibly easy

The Siglap MRT is about a 10 minute walk and the route connects through a park connector so it’s actually a pleasant walk instead of just roadside pavement Driving is convenient too with quick access to the ECP

At the same time the unit itself stays peaceful despite being so close to everything Being near the East Coast lifestyle parks beach and weekend hangouts is a nice bonus

Overall it’s a great balance of privacy convenience and livability Boutique freehold places like this are getting harder to find which makes Siglap V feel even more special

Freehold condo in District 15 of Singapore. Spacious layout which is rare nowadays.

Location is perfect for amenities, outdoor activities at the beach or going downtown easily accessible.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Serene. Many cafe and restaurants. Lifestyle area.

Conveniently situated at East Coast area with various amenities available near by

Management is poor and the building is poorly constructed. Cracks appeared in all the walls a meter from the exterior wall (due to settling no doubt) and management will not repair it. Windows are very thin, so you can hear every conversation and car horn that takes place outside. 1st street is a constant mess of loud delivery trucks and traffic. Management seems to turn a blind eye to rules about acceptable posted delivery times as trucks come before sunrise 7 days a week. Too far from MRT stations. Plus side: great food and bars nearby.

horrible small rooms .. lots of traffic noise ... people smoking down near the shops

Location very central . Very loins noise through the night from 24/7 mcdonalds .screaming and laughing , shouting heard as McDonalds staff sitting there through the night. Drunked people shouting . It's horrible . And the facilities at the condo just name sake . Pool is so small that no more than 2 people can swim .

Its a very strategic and convenient place to stay.
Located directly above supermarkets and along upper east coast road, its near eateries and the beach.
What to say more, the management cleans the condo very often and the guards are doing a good job

good development for yuppies working in town or eastern area.
Amenities right at doorstep.
