Wow - do I ever regret moving in... The apartment is nice, great location, but the management leave a lot to be desired...
Maybe it is better if you rent from a better landlord but we are renting from W directly... Absolute nightmare.
We have some mechanical suction device under us - makes a ton of noise that gives us a headache... At 9am, 12 noon and 6pm - for half an hour... Every single stinking day. And to top it off, they drag big heavy dumpsters across the floor right under us...
We complain - they come with a sound meter... Tell the workers that they are going start to measure them... Low and behold it is quiet and they pretend there is no problem...
Did I mention the stink? The exhaust vent for the garbage suction thing is right outside our balcony - the one time we ate dinner outside... We had to run straight inside because of the stench... Like raw sewage...
The management people even pretend not to work there when we go to complain! Crazy mentality for a service company!!!
