Not a good choice
Management co is awful - Lift is constantly broken, gates don’t work, pests present ..
Units are ok but even in 2 years they degrade significantly- wooden floors poor quality, drawers fail ...
Plus side staff are friendly and helpful
There are nicer condos that are significantly better than this one

Worse condo management..Doesn't allow guest or friend or relative and family to use the gym even with the resident ..too many unreasonable rule.think twice before you want to live here

Nice concept
However units are v small & not soundproof
Management is ineffective- as per other review often smelly and noisy
Poor value for price vs other condos

Nice Condo but management allows it to turn into HDB.
Tenants live with their doors permanently open, smell of cooking all over the place with kids running in an out of apartments. Price of Condo , Condo facilities, but HDB lifestyle.
