Duchess Crest is located along Duchess Avenue, which is near Bukit Timah Road.

Nearest shopping centre is Coronation Plaza. The POSB Bank, NTUC supermarket, photocopier shops, food stalls, hair salons can be found here. There is a shuttle bus service that takes residents to the MRT Station.

All of the apartments at Duchess Crest are rectangular and the rooms are of good size. The large 4-bedroom units have a large sized balcony and the ground floor apartment has nice patio / open terrace.

Duchess Crest has an in-house bus shuttle service to Newton and Orchard Road at certain times.

The bus shuttle goes to the bus stop opposite Coronation Plaza (either Dunearn Road or Bukit Timah Road side for the two way trips), Newton MRT station (Opposite Scotts Road and nearby Sheraton Hotel for two way trips) and outside Thai embassy at Orchard Road. Trips from Duchess Crest are from: Monday to Friday from 7.10 am - 7.10 p.m. Saturday 7.10 am - 1.50 p.m.
