Avon Park is a gem of a find because of its great location and the individual apartment size provides comfortable living for families.
The property itself is nestled in a corner at Youngberg Terrace and is peaceful and tranquil.
This is freehold property and literally 10 mins drive away from the city! The Woodleigh MRT station is just at the doorstep and one MRT stop away to Serangoon, where you find the popular suburban mall, NEX - what convenience!
The Stamford American School is just next door and it is also very near to good local schools such at St Andrew's and Maris Stella.
Security is good here and neighbours are friendly.
It's a property definitely worth looking at!
