Coliving space with no minimum stay

I am thinking of spending 3 months in Singapore in the future to travel/play bridge. Would like to stay at a coliving space but my visa will only be for 3 months. I searched around for coliving spaces but they want at least 6 months rental period. I also ok with staying on the outskirt of Singapore .....

I don't plan to apply right now.
I just decide to start the preparation for it. On this forum, someone said that if you have a degree from the top 100 university your chances may be higher.

What about MOOC certificates? Like coursera, edx etc?
