Drivers license - LTVP

Hello, Are there any restrictions with a LTVP holder converting their foreign license to a Singapore drivers license?
In my experience (eg. Bank account eligibility) this shouldnt be an issue and maybe just a grey area. But wanted to check if anyone has encountered challenges.
