When the EP holder is changing jobs, how can any gap in employment by the DP holder be minimized? Can their DP and LOC be submitted at the same time and can they also be done with In-Principle approval such that the old one can be cancelled one day and the new one started the next day?

Sadly, with regard to the LoC, no. It must be canceled first before you can reapply again. I'm in the process of transferring all my staff from one company to another (shutting the former down) and while I can transfer all my foreign staff by using a COBE application (Change of Business Entity) to transfer all foreigner in one fell swoop (as long as all are going to the same new company), the single LoC worker I have there will have to wing it for the length of time it takes from the date of change to however long it takes to get the new LoC approved which cannot be applied for while the old still exists. Sucks, but there may be a 2 or 3-day lapse. We will probably continue to pay the worker during that period of time anyway, but he'll get a freebie short holiday possibly.

Fair Consideration Framework
Wider scope– The Fair Consideration Framework (i.e. guidelines governing the fair consideration of Singaporeans for all job opportunities) applies to all companies in Singapore. At present, employers with more than 25 employees and jobs which pay a fixed salary of more than SGD 12,000 per month are exempt from the framework. With effect from 1 July 2018, the Fair Consideration Framework will apply to all employers with at least 10 workers and for jobs paying less than SGD 15,000 per month.

Hello everyone, do we know if Youtube income or blog income (adsense, online ads revenue, affiliate links revenue), is allowed for EP holders? Obviously to be declared in my annual tax statement.
I've called the MOM to ask, and I'm waiting for an officer to update me - I expect this might take time as they must have more pressing matters to attend to with Covid and all. In the meantime, i thought I'd ask here in case someone already got the answer from the MOM.
The MOM website is clear it's a no in their Work Pass section, but no mention of this in the EP section.

Hello all,
This is regarding the Dependent pass application response from MOM. My employer had submitted the application for my wife's DP. My employer said we received below request from MOM and after talking with them, now they said will get back in 3-5 days.
Marriage Certificate of Applicant and Main Pass Holder
- The main pass holder's name on the document differs from that in our records. Please upload documents to explain the discrepancy (e.g. deed poll or affidavit).
I am from India, and the names on my passport and my wife's are in LastName FirstName order. However, the marriage certificate we have mentions the name in FirstName LastName order. All my affidavit, educational and other documents also follow this order.
Has anyone faced this problem and know how to resolve? I am currently in SG but my wife in India.
Appreciate a quick response.
Thanks

Singapore is a very straightforward country. Just do exactly as you are instructed — upload and explain, nothing more, nothing less.
If they need more from you after you do that, they will let you know.
