It's a bigger picture, but that doesn't mean there are more clues. The water certainly reminds me of MacRitchie but I don't remember ever seeing that statue there...

Eric, could this picture possibly be taken in a country other than Singapore or is that not allowed in the rules?
Reason I ask is because it looks like a statue of Buddha and I'm guessing in Cambodia maybe.

It is in Cambodia indeed. If in Singapore, I'll be very surprised. One is suuposed to post pics of Singapore only, else I would have tons of pics from India on this thread.
No such thing as closed eyes means Hindu. Hindi is the language.

Eric said "look at the bigger picture" and the fact that he returned recently from Cambodia and it looks like Buddha with the long earlobes were my clues. Glad that I'm right after all.
