We do. I think anybody can register and post. Sadly we are the controls. But you and I both know if one of the Mods has already replied, the rest of us usually assume that the poster was vetted if it was suspicious. Having said that though, I have been known to whack the original poster if it was spam or other non-wanted but if there was a string of other posters and maybe the other stuff was of decent knowledge, I've been known to let the post remain but lock the poster out.
That's their only saving grace but most of the bots replies do not give out any meaningful information with specifics. Only superfluous canned responses that often repeat earlier posts verbatim from our own forum.Max Headroom wrote: ↑Wed, 08 Oct 2025 9:33 amSo long as they keep posting links to your condo directory, I'm pretty sure Pal isn't minding them too much.
abbby wrote: ↑Wed, 08 May 2024 10:30 amI am getting mixed advice from friends..some say it's better not to have pest control at home as they use harmful chemicals and may be harmful to health. Whilst some say it's better to keep the pest away (ie: ants and cockroaches). As the service is not cheap, what are your views?
