If they are migrating in (GIP for example) starting with zero CPF, I believe they can immediately top up to FRS & BHS if below 55, ERS if 55 and over. Pocket change for HNW, but it’s still great insurance. Correct me if I’m wrong.

For me is nope. Well I know those ultra rich value their privacy. Sentosa cove is the place for them. For me if I'm so call " ultra rich " I more will go for those first tier
condo at Marina Bay or at Orchard road. For me convience is important. You literally no need to drive if you stay there as just downstair already have all stores cater for your daily needs.
