hey jeff
check with ya
so if ur going the KL intw, when do u leave singapore and where do u plan to stay? and how much usually is hte entire cost...
coz i mite plan to go down as well...but the turnout for the kl one is always double than singapore and yesh, its kinda true that they take in more foreigners...but the same goes for emirates too
what i did tat time is tat i leave on the nite before the interview n reach the hotel of the interview gonna be held which is renaissance around mid nite...but renaissance quite costly..

so i found another place which is very near to renaissance n is much more cheaper which is concorde hotel...

i intend to leave on the nite before the interview...and reach there around early morning....den if possible check in early den better..if not bo bian le lo..

total cost is abt 200 or so..as lodging if u can get 4 person to squeeze into a room, n if u dun mind tat...4 person share n the cost can drop alot per person...

Hey sounds great going down for the interviews to KL!!
But i fear that, the trip may be wasted..
At the same time, its a good experience but at my own expense!!
Haha..
After seeing the video, i fall in love living with Middle East, well something different i've seen in Singapore..
Maybe i be joining too,if its not that costly, but prefer ladies to share a room with(the more the merrier!!)
Roughly how much all the expenses will be for 2 days??

hey people...(jeff esp) ive done my research and Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel is offering 209 ringgit/east wing and 259 ringgit/west wing for 1 day if we book by 24th ...maximum occupancy is 3/room so i think its quite worth it... if convert 260 to singapore dollar, its around S$110.00...so can do the calculations from there...*gosh* i hope its worth every dollar we spend there... :)

manja2nce wrote:It was really a bad experience going through the Qatar Airways selection on the 17th January'09. It was a long wait after the presentation and speech given by the Qatar Airways. All about opportunities given to individuals and not based on quotas as presented by them turns out to be just a saying. How can they select the candidates based on cv, resume and photos alone. Does it mean that those documents speaks for the individuals as well? It would also mean hidden potentials are not given any opportunities at all. It would be rather fair if everyone given the chance to interact with the interviewer and share their experience rather than based on those documents. It's damn irritating and on top of that those who appeared during the selection almost most of them does not understand English. 'Orderly Manner'!!!!!!!!!Is that a difficult word to understand..crap
.

hii..i think qatar airways recruitement not that hard..
its ok dont give up..
try again
u gonna be better than b4

after 7 times went for cabin crew recruitement including SIA finally i recommended for qatar airways cabin crew position..
the key here is never give up..

my interview were on last year dec 08 at kuala lumpur,

hi sushmita
the resume should be very simple..do not too brief
put ur working experiences
only short form rather than essay

then the most important things is u must look presentable n confident
which is mean ur appearence on that day n ur full front picture must be presentable

because 1st day..they just judge u by ur resume n ur appearence..

2nd day is english test m group discussion..n 3rd day is 1 0n 1 interview

good luck
