I would ask your Company to help you set up here in their name, whereby they can also have a win win situation, if the work goes through you in Singapore sales office, it's no sweat if they are offering a sub contract to fulfil, and you have the scope to expand their business potential, whatever that maybe. or do it in a joint venture and also seek funding from the European communities, if there is a possibility for it.

Most European governments have a system in place for expanding export potential, at around 35 to 50% grant opportunities. It all depends on you meeting the criteria! If there i s a chance you can create more jobs back home and more jobs in Singapore, you maybe on a winning streak to qualify for grants under the project schemes, but basically most of these grants are paid if you take a qualified exporter along for 3 years, it includes the consultants income and they are there to help you succeed in penetrating the market with your services.
