A fool and his money are always parted. This isn't about investing your own money into a business that exists. I envisage networking with a small group of professional entrepreneurs and developing from scratch a business venture we all have a stake in... If u got bucket loads of money by all means invest it but it's more about getting the right team of smart thinkers who can look for investment outside of the team... I will keep you informed of the progress through this thread....cheers

All this talk, but I have seen no one mention a single business idea yet.

@JR8 - when you have a business idea, you may not want to post that idea on a forum like this! Somebody might like the idea so much that they decide to do it before you.

@ Show Me The Money - I have set up 3 businesses in Singapore and am always interested to look at other ideas.

But if you have a great business idea why would you want to share it full stop. I know I wouldn't!

Quite! I do have a really brilliant business idea I've been sitting on for a few years now. If I ever get off my ar$e and do about it is another thing... but there is no way I want or need to share it with a bunch of strangers ['do I have "stupid" tattooed on my forehead?'].

reckon the OP has either
a) just read a business book about entrepreneurship and thinks he is now equipped to take on the world from his bedroom.
or
b) is out to steal others' ideas.

Speaking on behalf of those already on the inside of the group, can I ask what it is that you believe you will bring to it?
