the SAT MOM tool is the only option that you can try.

Trying to get an EP or S Pass without working experience < 2 years will be very tough.

It say you're likely but it doesn't say that you will get it. It is just a guidance tool.

Then what are you waiting for. Go for it. Sounds like you are in like Flint. Next stop, land of milk & honey (or tea oO & kaya toast). But don't forget what we've said here either. Always have a Plan B and don't spend you last dollar cause things here have a way of not working out.

This means he has enough that they will accept his application for consideration. It does not mean he will be ultimately given a work visa. It just means he meets the criteria to apply only.

Additionally, each company has a quota for S-Pass holder. If the company doesn't have enough, well...

Dude! With a bachelors degree from an Indian university and no experience, you are really aiming for the moon, in terms of expecting a job offer in Singapore.

Just think about it, aren't there fresh grads coming out of SG polys and universities? Shouldn't they be given the opportunity considering they spend a bomb on their education and its "THEIR" country. I would be really surprised if you get the S Pass, given all the tightening that is going on, in the foreign labor market.

Realistically you should spend 3-4 years working in India, before even thinking of coming over.
