Nope, I am involved in enough activities I am not gonna join your group and you may not need grumpy me.

And I won't rain on your parade but be amused if you aren't man enough to take the lead for something you yearn for.

PS, if you still insist somebody should lead, then you make a good leader. Do nothing but expect results.

Don't take it wrong.

I did that when I landed in Singapore years ago.

Like 50 promise to come, 25 turn up and soon 10 or more disappear when they don't see enough chicks .(some guys still believe movies, stranger meets stranger, get to bed.. No kidding..) . The rest adjourn to a pub or bbq like sakura or some cozy place and we didn't let the missing gang spoil our mood. Pay for your own food and drink and get to know folks, network.. You lose nothing.

The other way to meet folks is to join clubs like Junior Chamber, Rotaract or volunteer in place like Red Cross.

If you plan to stay here long then do something about it!

PS, but personally I am still not comfortable giving out my number to strangers to add to whatsapp groups.. Call Me old style

Do you Read English ?

There is NO Group as of NOW, and no Group Leader (if you are looking for the El Leader) ... from what I know.

Unless somebody woke up and instead blaming others, formed their own group. Then the person should connect you in their WA group.

If not, you send out a note to others, and you form "THE" Grupo.

Would a Facebook group work better? It may be a little easier to filter out spammers on there?

Because I do agree that these forum threads are really clunky and don't make connecting and meeting up very easy.

As much as I don't trust WA, so do I not trust FB

Well, as I suggested in the previous post, just pick a date, and place, and post in the forum. If somebody is keen, they can always inbox you right ?

Each person pays their own bill, chit chat and see what transpires.

Waiting for somebody to lead rarely happens !! Especially in Asia - Tai Chi !
