i saw this girl being seated, then got called up in the waiting room. I have long hair, do I need to tie it up into bun? Will I be disqualified for having slightly coloured hair? I will colour it back to black if only I got the job.

You don't have to bun up your hair for the interview. Colored hair is ok but not too much as it reflects on you and it might influence the interviewer impression on you in the conservative environment of the company.
