I rarely shop on-line in Sg. Anywhere else yes, but Sg has a long way to go. They seem to prefer their malls.

Well, there seems to be this fascination with Qoo10, though I can't really understand why other than the price ( I mean, we could be buying fakes, grey imports with no warranties and recourse, etc. etc.!)
Which goes back to the problem about empty malls...

Walking along Joo Chiat over the weekend I saw that a "new exciting mall experience" is about to open. Just what Sg needs, another mall.

Looks like the Triple One guys saw the shift and ground floor is missing those FnB joints.
Heck, yesterday lunch time I was spoilt for food choices around Somerset.
Toorak, a lot of QOO10 stuff are good.
Including stock clearance of branded stuff

Top of Orchard, by Orchard Towers. It used to be there, moved to Triple One and now has moved back to the same site, but 1st floor rather than original basement.

Was pulling your leg.
Senor Taco is my weekly visit place, as well as a bar in level 1 of 4 floors...

Time to rename it as 4 floors of Russians

Then the moniker still suits, I say. White Russians from what I hear, directly compete with the SPG, Thai, Indo & Pinoy but charge 3~4x more (or try to). Just that their pimps are bigger!

And here was me thinking I was educating you
I don't go there often enough to have noticed the Russian invasion, apart from Top Five - which I've never liked because it's full of Eastern Europeans (few Russians). Any of the bars I visit the Asian girls are still in charge.
