50:50. Would be substantially better if you were on EP. Salary requirements for M'sian Chinese is less than what is published on the website for EP. Additionally, I don't know if Singapore MOM views are the same as Malaysia's views on Advanced Diplomas vrs Degrees.......(they are NOT the same).
