what time did your friend get to hotel? 9 am and then stay until 7 pm? where did they do there? :???: it seems unbelivable!

how is the interview process like?
is it ok if we reach there at abt 3pm?coz tomolo work half-day

It was a long day yesterday. I arrived there at almost 10am and the whole interview process ended at almost 8pm :o

There were only 2 rounds. But the waiting interval for both rounds was extremely long. Although there was a short company audio visual presentation in between of that, it was still a long wait. The first round was group interview. Each group consist of 4 applicants. It was merely an introduction of yourself and a couple of questions after that. The second round, on the other hand, was a bit difficult. Questions not relating to airline industry and questions that caught off me guard! hehe

I'm not going to enumerate the total salary of their cabin crew, but one thing's for sure though, it is comparable to SIA's salary.

So it was the same as the other time... they said the waiting was a test, and they actually observed from the back to see how the candidates behaved during the long wait... to see if they bothered to socialise etc
