Thank you for your reply. Yes, my son will be at Marlborough and he will get the student visa. Since we are in singapore, I wonder if anyone using an agent to apply for the pass so the Imigration don't have to stamp our passport. I just need to speak to a agent who can answer all my question and can help us for a smooth transitition. Tx

1. If you're already a resident in Malaysia under MM2H scheme, your passport won't be stamped on both sides (because in Singapore, your EP stands as a visa itself so no stamp from Singapore's side either). I'm not sure if your Malaysian visa would be under MACS scheme (stampless immigration) or under other similar scheme, exclusively under MM2H.
2. What agent? I already said that for MM2H you have a list of approved agents to approach for Malaysia's side. Singapore's is straight forward.

Hello
Reading these posts I was wondering how your move to JB and working in Singapore went. We have thought about doing this and making the daily commute to SG - my children go to school and my husband works in SG. Although I don't work I would make the commute to pick my sons from school.
