hey nextekcrew, did you got that date from newspaper or something? i couldn't find the open day date stated for singapore on their own webpage.

in any case, can anyone advise if i can just forward/email them my resume/details/pics/etc to them first if i would not be able to make it down on the 20th? will they actually have another date for those who couldn't make it down? if i'm not mistaken, their interview actually stretches up to 2 weeks right? one per week, and the final management on the other week?

please advise~ much appreciated.

Hi momoko & other ladies who are potentially interested to apply for Emirates,

I believe that you will need to do more reading up about Emirates on their website. Someone has posted their website link for the interview, so if you do click around, you will find more information on them.

For those who haven't tried hard in finding, from Emirates Cabin Crew FAQ's it says, "the contract is a three-year non-binding one, renewable with agreement by its management and crew member. There is a probationary period of six months commencing from the date of joining."

If you want to find out more (E.g Salary etc...), click the link below,
http://www.emiratesgroupcareers.com/eng ... efits.aspx

PS: If you're all interested in any job, be it cabin crew or anything else, it's always good to do some reading up on your employer/company's information. At least you'll have a better idea of what you're getting yourself into, & what the employer will want out of you. In this case, Emirates actually does say what qualities do they look for in a Cabin Crew, how great is that? Do read more, don't be over confident or too overwhelmed by the excitement of the interview, & think seriously before getting into the job! =)

Gd luck all!

well...actually i did researched on emirates but i think when it comes to pay matters, it's always safer to hear it from crew themselves who are actually flying with them. so far i have only heard that it's on par with SIA (in terms of pay) or more but i don't see any specific given range at all so far. i understand that the site stated it there but im "assuming" it's only basic without including allowances.

is it advisable if i called up sass atlantic to ask if i can drop either emirates or them my details should i not being able to make it on that day?

btw, when they say 3 years non-binding contract, does that actually mean u can leave after the minimum 6 months probation? i guess the keyword here is non-binding. but question is, anyone can confirm this?
