are there clinics in thailand that use rib cartilage?
Dr Puttisak doesn't have a website but you can contact him via email.
I don't know for all of Thailand but Hatyai doesn't have any clinic that use rib cartilage for nose.

I'm going to Hatyai in mid March for holiday and maybe visit Dr. Prinya for my freckle treatment and leg vein laser.
Can anyone advice which Hotel is good in Haytai?
I'm looking at 3 hotels:
1. Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel
2. New Season Hotel
3. Golden Crown Plaza Hotel
Appreciate it if anyone could advice which of these 3 hotels is best near for shopping, massage and makan.
Thank you!

Yar, i didnt asked him he himself told me tt he put in 230 for me. it not BIG now tt it is swelling it looks like Full B to Small C.. i hope it dont go anymore smaller but it can go lower.. lol.. i think NARA dont really do BIG ones.. haha... he always "Natural"... so i guess he also measure the cc based on our frame of our chest and skin elasticity..
I just changed the dressing .. i still got a bit of blood, the plaster i bought is too small for the cut.. omg!! i going out to get some soon...i dun wanna leave it open for too long. I choosed to cut at the bottom of my boobs.. because i scare do armpit cannot do things.. very sore.. can u raise your hands after the op? i wanted to do nipple but he said i cant.. your r 13 days now means u havent gone for bra shopping.. .hahahahahha.. r u excited? so 13th day the size is more or less stablised isit?
mint_leaf wrote:Lacey wrote:Hi Mint Leaf, congrats to you too!! hehe.. My boobs like quite high by NARA told me will go down and dun worry.. isit true? lol.. He told me he gave me 230 for the implants... i quite fair can see veins... so i think he didnt wanna over stretch it..
3rd day? I shall go and change my dressing later myself .. so tonight i can shower!! hahaha... Finally... So good to speak to you. Thank you!!
Now are you used to your implants?? Can i ask if you hear BLOPP sound or like WISSSHH sound when ur implant move..? =P like inside got air..lol
Hi Lacey,
230cc? Hmm.. wonder if they will tell me is I email to ask about my size.. Kinda regret not insisting to know the amount. The size he gave me like not very big leh. Or I am greedy ? Kinda natural.. Maybe a full B or small C. Prefer a big C.. LOL. Hee. Anyway, mine till now still can see my veins all around (I am also quite fair). For the popping sound, it will go away after a few days. I heard them quite alot initially too, now no more. Feels like my real breast tissues now. Cos cant feel the implants when I press around/ massage it.
Yep, go change yr tapes if u can. Kinda uncomfy for not able to shower properly. Nara skills is good, my wounds healed very nicely (according to the local dr) Yrs also done via axillary right ? I cant wait for the scars to heal & fade off.. cos I want to wear sleeveless soon.!
hi mintleaf and lacey..

n lots of question on my mind....
hopes can get some advise/ suggestion on fast recovery and etc..

Hi,
I am hoping anyone can help me out
I am really interested in doing BA, and would like to know (esp guys out there / girls who have done it), does silicone really feel fake? or do they feel soft and u cant even tell the diff?
Does dr nara use silicone?
Also, for lipo, is there a diff betwn the traditional methods vs vaser lipo?
Can i go back to work after 2 weeks after doing those 2 procedures? how long do i have to wear a compression garment for?
any replies would be greatly appreciated, esp regarding the touch/feel of breast implants

imagine a bag of jelly (silicone) and a bag of water (saline)... which feels more natural?
my fren says her new bf cannot tell at all, she herself says it feels natural... she did with nara
vaser is a patented form of lipo, heals faster, but more exp tho, so pros and cons

I have taken many days to finish reading almost half of the replies and would like to give special thanks to everyone who have shared their experiences, tips and advices especially aadvark.
I have plans to visit Dr Nara in Apr for rhino and alar.
Would like to check if anyone had encountered any problems with Tiger Airways cancelling flights in the last minute? I am concern if deposit and accomodation has been paid to the clinic but the airline decides to cancel the flight due to low passengers. I have heard of friends lamenting about other trips before.
Would love to hear if anyone has any such experience...
Tia.

Keen to do all these @ one go
1) buccal fat or cheek lipo (what is the different)?
2) Thigh liposuction
3) I have a big nose and really have headache correcting it. This is what my nose looks like: http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/1320/nosem.jpg
I have receive a quote from a doc in Bangkok. Price is US$$3700 !!!. I find it so Xpensive compare to you guys have been doing.
I was advised with:
Refinement Rhinoplasty: the Tip plasty +L shape silicone implant+Alar plasty the cost is $3700 usd with one night
Hi Cotton,
My advice for you is don't do it in Hatyai, not because the doctors are no good, it's because they all do simple implant jobs which will work for someone who wants to augment the bridge higher, it won't do any help for your case. I had a nose similar to you and I went to Nara 2 years ago, what he did was simply add an L implant on top of what I've got there, it actually made my nose even bigger . What I needed was tip refinement and alarplasty , it means taking off some cartilage around the tip and the bridge, shaving off some bones etc ... the combinations are more complicated jobs ,which mean more expensive surgical fees. I had a revision to correct my first nose jon done by nara ,the impant taken off and all the works , which cost $4500 and got a prefert job done in a excellent facility and an excellent doctor.
Dr.Nara is an excellent choice if your original nose is flat,no bridge and NOT too fleshy around the tip , and only requires a simple augmentation job, because the L- implant will raise the bridge . But unfortunately not all of us can look good with a simple procedure.
Nose job is something you should get it right the first time, any re
vision will get more risky and surgical fees are much higher too.
So choose a doctor who can deliver what you want instead of going with a doctor who only do his way but not necessarily suits you,
hi ats_syd
I am not sure if you are still reading the forum.
Do you have any advice on which doctor to go to for similar nose shape then?
I share the same concern on what you have pointed out actualy.
thanks!

if u have a bulbous nose, wld recommend that u go for an open rhinoplasty, where they can cut and shave till u get a desired shape...
u might have better luck with Dr Kao and Dr Hsu from taiwan, do see the Taiwan thread
