i am afraid that once i stopped using it, my weight will go up again.
so i thk of trying to take tummitrim long term, but then again i duno what can be the side effects in the long term...
up till this point, taking pills sort of act as an assurance to me..
i tend to depend and rely on it, but just afraid someday i will regret due to the possible side effects..
