I'm Martin from Scotland, Uk, only moved here last week, looking to meet males & females to socialise with, go clubbing, play sports and explore this place!
Not sure how to write this without sounding like a dating ad!!!

Heya I completely agree with trying to write without sounding like some dating ad! But I barely know anyone out here too.. 22 from England staying at my dads which is good but I feel like I have no social life! How are you finding it over here?

Hi, yeah it's hard not to sound like a desperate loner haha!
That's kl, you just over for the summer? I've been here nearly four weeks now and I'm enjoying it, find it hard at the weekends, when I'd usually go out with my pals etc.
I think myself and someone else from here may be going for a few drinks at the weekend if that's any good to you? Not made any plans yet but will let you know if you fancy it

Yea I completely agree I literaly feel like I'm saying I have no friends which really does sound sad! Oh that could potentially be really good! Definatly be good to meet similar aged people! I've got a friend from the uk coming out next week too! Are you living in the city or over at sentosa? It's amazing place I love it over here just gets kind of lonely at times! I try and come over as much as poss though work permitting etc!

Haha aye and there's no getting away from that! Yeah, I'll let you know what the plan is. The more the merrier, I've not been out with anyone my age yet, looking forward to seeing what Singapore has to offer!
I'm living in the city, pretty central actually. I like sentosa, must be pretty cool living there, probably not ideal for going out but I don't think it's too far, hard to judge on the train?

Ahh nice I live over on sentosa it's amazing but have get bus to like vivo etc or get taxi into the city! Havnt quite worked out the metro!love the weather here but these storms are really not the one!

Do you and anyone else fancy drinks along the marina in sentosa Saturday? It's pretty location and away from busy city for change?!

Yeah I'm over for work, supposed to be 1-2 years but we'll see how it goes. Haha you'll need the metro at some point I'm sure, pretty easy when you get your head round it! I've got football on Saturday afternoon, so I couldn't say for sure but I'll check the times etc! How long you here for?

Ahh nice! Just a little change from Scotland yea I know I really do need to, I will try and give it a go when friend gets here next week as want to take her all around town and to Robertson quay and boat/Clarke and like raffles, botanic gardens etc all the tourist places to go! Yeaa that's cool let me know it's their national day Saturday too I think!

Hi, are you guys starting some clubbing etc tomorrow? I'm 25 from Germany and like to go for some beers, clubbing or anything similar tomorrow. Just drop a pm.

@Martin: Ha, now I recognized I can't write pm yet. I would suggest to start some typical expat action and have some beers at clarke quay. Taking a few beers from the 7/11 and then decide where to go. 10pm would be okay for me. May some friend wanted to join. Or is Sentosa fixed for you?

Hey, how's it going!! I just moved here a month ago with my boyfriend and we are both keen to meet new people and make some friends! We lived here before but a lot has changed so looking forward to exploring the nooks and crannies again! Also up for a hit of tennis if you play!
