Singapore Expats

Has anyone seen any home cheese making supplies in Singapore and if so, where? Amazon won't ship rennet and citric acid to Singapore.

Very true! You can make a simple delicious cheese with milk and lemon juice. I should have specified I want to make mozzarella. I found a recipe for pepper jack that looks good too.
