High risk Obstetrician required - Mount Elizabeth/Raffles

Hi
I had a complicated first pregnancy/birth - severe preeclampsia resulting in a 6 week early emergency c section. I need to find a highly recommended obstetrician before we become pregnant so we can sort out a game plan etc. I have been told I will more than likely have it again as I recently lost a pregnancy in the first trimester - I had already had a bloody pressure spike and swelling. I have been recommended by my high risk doctor in Australia for a c section so looking for any help from anyone with experience stories etc.
I am looking at Mount Elizabeth, Raffles, Gleneagles. We are moving to Singapore in January 2015 and may not have time to research then.
