Singapore Expats

I think this has been discussed but could not find anything appropriate by searching.

Mum is here visiting Singapore for the third time so we have hit all the main tourist attractions:

Zoo
Flyer
Botanic Gardens
Chinese Gardens
Gardens by the Bay
Sentosa, pretty much everything there
Skypark Hotel
Trip across to JB
Art/Science Museum

Any ideas for what else we might do which would interest a 75 year old?

Haw Par Villa
Jurong birds and reptiles parks

my mom is 10 years younger...we let her try the fish spa treatment...funny to see her reaction....

If she likes history , go to the "Old Ford Factory" A very informative place to visit on the history of Singapore.

Thanks for the ideas. Birds are not an option as Mum has a fear of anything with feathers!

Another idea is to take her for a picnic to the St. John's island. It is a short trip by a ferry, not much walking anywhere (some remains of an old prison but all short walking distance), take a cooler box with food and drinks and spend there ~3-4h (to match the ferry schedule).

It's not an open, unshaded space so unless there is an extremely hot weather with no breeze or she is very sensitive to the hot weather in general it should be enjoyable even for 75, especially if you take the first ferry trip on morning.

Little India? Chinatown? Haji Lane/Sultan Road area?

I would not recommend Sungei Tengah or Pulau Ubin for a 75yo. Of course it depends on the stamina and general health condition of the lady but whole days trips with longer distance walking in Singapore climate may not be that pleasant experience for an elderly.
