Yes it is an mature, spacious and established condo located near Farrer Road MRT station.
@OP, there is one yoga school in Holland Village called Saakalya Yoga. Specifically at Chip Bee Garden area. Link is here:
http://yoga.saakalya.com/courses/
I suggest you give them a call to see if they can do just Iyengar yoga for pregnant women. Demand is too little so you either join a generic yoga class for pregnant women (normally in large yoga/gym establishment like Pure Yoga and True Yoga in CBD area) or hire a private yoga instructor.
There is Fitness First at Metropolis, Buona Vista, just one more station after Holland Village station (and another one in Fusionopolis, at one-north station just another stop after Buona Vista) and they offer various yoga classes. But from my experience, they do not have ones for pregnant women but you can visit and ask them if they can do private class at a cost.

That's the sad reality. Everything nice in Singapore is expensive.
Either you DIY your own sessions (provided you are already advanced/intermediate in your chosen yoga) or have private lessons with an aspiring yoga teacher who is "trying to make a break in Singapore" because she could offer for cheaper prices for exposure. But you need to look around or ask around.

Don't say this. Tickets to the Orchid Garden are pretty cheap ($5) and the garden is nice. More things like that around completely for free. TBH, I have more problems with the things in Singapore that are very expensive and not nice at all.

I stand corrected. Everything nice and refined in Singapore is expensive.

there are a few alternatives if you want something other than Iyengar Yoga but the prices are pretty much the same.
Here are a few I think would be good.
1.
http://www.artofliving.org/sg-en/program/662
2.
http://directory.stclassifieds.sg/singa ... india/c/l/
3.
http://www.brahmakumaris.org//whereweare/center
now these are the places Indians would go as opposed to some swanky offering dished out as the western notion of yoga washed down with a glass of vegetable juice.
