If you've already have bunions, it's hard to prevent anymore, and to get rid of it completely, it's through surgery and it's a major surgery. But if you've not developed any, you can avoid it by not wearing shoes which are too tight at the toes, i.e. pointy pumps. I myself have bunions on my both feet, in fact I find them beautify my feets  However, when come to shoe shopping, you can't help to give up on certain pretty shoes coz the bunions will ache when u wear them, i.e. covered heels etc.

As to prevent calluses or blisters, no definite answer perhaps. Sometimes it's due to the material or the design of the shoes which bring forward these problems. To get rid of or prevent it, perhaps you can use Scholl range of foot healing products. Hope this helps! :)

What types of foot problems you're suffering from, may I know? If it's bunions, perhaps you could consult a doc if you were serious of ridding them. I've come across articles which reveal there're indeed women out there going for such surgery for the sake of fitting into nice shoes. AND yupe, I do agree! Pretty shoes are mostly uncomfortable ha!

I personally think Scholl products don't really work for me. Perhaps because I used them when the foot problems have occurred such as blisters. It does soothe the pain a little though. I've used the bunion plasters. It helps by reducing the leg movement towards the front of the shoes (if wearing high heels) hence less frictions of your bunions with the shoes edges, so more comfortable. Still, better not to wear covered or pointy shoes as it'll worsen your bunions.

try srcubbing feet twice a week. then everynite before you sleep, apply moisturer on feet, then wear a pair of socks. then go and sleep, remove socks only on the next morning.
