Looking for toddler groups/activities/nurseries other Expats use?

Hello all,
We moved to Singapore from the UK a week ago and we are currently looking for toddler groups/activities/nurseries that other Expats take their children to. We will be staying in the East Coast/Katong area.
Our toddler is 2.5yrs and we have a 9mnth old baby. Any recommendations?
