I have a burnt skirt I am hoping there's a service where I could get them to restore the colours or have them dyed over.

is there such a service provider I could approach?

Recently on channel 8. they showed a program on a shop that specializes in this area, but I did not catch hold of where that shop is?

Why don't you call mediacorp up and check with them?
