Hello everyone!
A little background here:
1. Malaysian Chinese (female)
2. Married to SC for 3 years
3. Currently holding LTVP
4. Previously held EP for 2 years (ended on May 2016), but due to inflexibility and barely had any time for family which almost caused me to have marital issues (we're very loving now), so I've decided to quit my job.
5. Applied for PR in 2014 (rejected and told to reapply in 2 years time)
6. Applied for PR in April 2016 (rejected a few weeks ago, but never specify that I cannot reapply again for any certain period of time)
7. Currently pregnant for 8 weeks.
My child will be singaporean citizen when it is born right?
And also, should I make an appeal to ICA or wait till my child is born to try my luck again?

i would wait until it's out.
8 weeks is still very early.
if your child's born here, he will be SC immediately.

OP, which scheme(s) did you opt for in both the applications? PTS or family tie?
If it was PTS (especially the 2nd round), could the reason for rejection due to the termination of her EP one month after PR application?

My guess - NO.

Hi,
I applied under my spouse. I guess that falls under family ties.

If you were me, you would wait till what's out? Wait till baby is born?
There is still high chance to get rejected even if I'm pregnant?

Take it easy.
Though nobody stopping you from trying again

at 8 weeks, there's a chance the baby may not be born - this is statistical and biological, nothing to do with zika or your fertility or whatever. i'm also not jinxing you, so don't be offended.
until you have a registered birth, there is no change to your situation...
so, wait until the baby is out of your womb and has its own NRIC number, then try again.
but like another member said, you are free to keep re-applying if you want to.

I found it strange you were rejected after applying in April this year.
