Certification of documents HELP!!

So..... no one in Singapore seems to be able to certify a British passport. Not lawyers, not the police. Not the Immigration centre and now, not even the British Embassy itself!!! PLEASE HELP.

I've always gone to one of my company's lawyers or financial people and asked them to certify copies of documents without any problems.

Some embassies stopped certifying documents.
You mean to certify as true copy right ?
PS, what did you mean by immigration centre ? ICA ?
