23M Expat - New friends?

Originally from the UK, spent the past year and a half living and working in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City, working as an English teacher and I'll be moving to Singapore mid February.
Would love to meet and get to know some people. Literally no idea about where all the social spots are and what's going on in Singapore.
