I have friends who join this dance studio called, Jitterbugs. Its at millenia Walk. I attended the trial lessons before. Its good there and the price is reasonable. They have their own website, maybe you can go check it out.

You can call this guy by the name suman who teaches at Xenbar at 81009874, he is considered to be the local champ in singapore and has won over two competitions

(after my very first lesson with Justin at xenbar, which is terrible. gosh, that guy is a joke, yes, dancing by the numbers is absolutely terrible)
Try June and Jackson's classes. really very good and due to the frequency and popularity of classes, classes can be quite flexible in terms of timing.
