Moving to Singapore... again..

I know there are many posting about this , but I still need to ask .
I'm Indonesian who living in Brussel and I have a chance to move to singapore (company transfer) and it looks like that I'll be in P1 category.
If I got P1 , can I apply PR directly or do I have to wait for some particular period ?
can my wife work too ?
How much money do I have to pay for Goverment school for our children ?
What about social security system in Singapore ? any information somewhere?
is it easy to buy a house in Singapore ?
