Is it worth to upgrade to Premium account for jobseeker?

Some of the things (like skills match for a particular job) are really look handy to have.

However, what do you think or might be you have good/bad experience?

Just sharing my experience with LinkedIn.
The free version (not premium) helped me land my current job in Singapore. Recently I upgraded to Premium, the free 1-month trial, and it didnt really help me in my job search. Not renewing it.
I find that in SG, employee referrals work way better than LinkedIn. My team-mate has gotten 3 of her friends/ex-colleagues hired into our team in the last 6 months! Might be a better way to spend money on socializing with folks over drinks, than on a LinkeDIn premium subscription. :?

As an employer, whenever I see a premium profile I can't help but to feel that the person I am speaking to is legit and serious.

I hope this justifies the premium!

As an employer, I would like to see a well thought out and up to date LI profile, premium or not. Furthermore, reach out with a personalised message.
