If EP and PR can be bought

Just curious, if an EP and subsequently PR can be bought, will anyone be interested in purchasing it and what will your offer be?
Given, of course everything is within the local legal framework.

GIP, unlike the previous FIS cannot be purchased. That IS the major problem. The assessment requirements are skewed towards a very very narrow demographic and the funds are mandated to be put into the GIP funds which people call the mariana trench.
