I'm technically not (yet) a SG resident but since I spend huge amount of my time in SG, I would like to make friends in SG.
I'm definitely not a heavy drinker so I would prefer someone who likes conversations with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. I start to suffer from constantly being alone.
