Can someone share MOM watchlist of companies so that it can avoid unnecessary hustle of people applying through them.

Even if not all, atleast name few which you know or has experience where EP/SPass not getting approved. It will help lots of candidate who are thinking to move Singapore.

Why should MOM publish the list? They wont

What I heard is these employers have already been informed and they should be aware

What I heard is these employers have already been informed and they should be aware

And the onus is on the Employer, to fix the short comings... not Employee.

Actually MOM release the employer watchlist already. But it's bit hidden in their website. You may check it out here:

Companies with CPF problem: http://www.mom.gov.sg/~/media/mom/docum ... .pdf?la=en

Companies with infringement under Employee Act: http://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practi ... ?page=7&q=

They will update the pdf accordingly, so no need to worry if the pdf is outdated!

but...but...but... this is a different list. Those are the companies which have done offences like not paying salary / late for paying employees CPF. Misleading...
