job application status on Taleo for local bank

hi guys,
its DBS and application was done via Taleo.
just curious what does the application status means. I have been from a couple of status "under consideration ", "selection", "offer administration".
anyone who has been successful to get into DBS and have an idea what this status really means. the final status has been updated for almost a week and no one calls me back.
