Singapore Expats

Hi. I am relocating to Singapore with my family soon (wife, infant son, and parents). I am looking for a partially furnished 3 bedroom+maid room apartment in a new/well maintained condo. I will prefer one within 10 mins walking distance from MRT stations NS 20 to 27. Condo should have swimming pool and gym. Tennis/squash courts would be awesome. For reference I really liked Thomson 800, but its too far away from the MRT. My budget is S$3000.

Looking for suggestions from other expats. Brokers/agents excuse for now. I will contact agents soon when I am ready to start

Try out these places in Toa Payoh like Trellis Towers, Bishan Rafflesia, Novena's Thomson Euro Asia, these are all beside thr train stations, excellent accessibility to amenities as well...
