I hope, but I'm not holding my breath. Najib is already trying to buy MPs and is contesting who should be PM.

There is a petition for nomination of Dr. Mahathir for the Nobel Peace Prize. A man who managed to make Peace with an ex-political opponent that he imprisoned. He and Anwar, will they spearhead the movement towards a more democratic SE Asian region?

Spot on. The Chinese are taking over Africa. They've already demonstrated their intent to overrun Laos and Cambodia with imported "work crews" that will only grow and grow.

Good move. The majority of Iskandar developments look pretty empty. Perhaps fill those first before building another city. And a bit of diversity might help.
It does look quite interesting, might just take a day trip over there to have a look one day.
