Hello forum!

Grateful if someone could point us to a good company that processes fiance visas please, as we want assurance with the form because a failed application would be really bad.

My partner is from the UK and I am a Singaporean if it helps. Thank you!

No such thing as a "partner visa" or "fiance visa". Spouse only. Singapore does not have common law marriage. UK does not recognize common law marriage.

All the companies in the world won't make a difference.

I also concur. Don't waste your time and money as it doesn't exist.

What I am saying is that after our engagement party, I will be staying there in the UK instead of him coming here. Under the Family visa category there is this option:

If you’re outside the UK
You can apply for a family visa to live with your:
spouse or partner
fiancé, fiancée or proposed civil partner

https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa

so that's what we're doing and were wondering if anyone here might have any knowledge or answers.

Ahhh... you are asking about UK visas for you to live in the UK. Can't help you. Perhaps one of our British expats will chime in.

But you can stay for 6 months anyway in the UK on a tourist visa. I'm thus confused.

"...You’ll get permission to stay for 6 months if you’re applying as a fiancé, fiancée or proposed civil partner......... ".

You may extend but need to provide many documents..... as evidence...

If you intend to marry shortly after engagement (within 6 months) then problem solved?
