Singapore Expats

Hi All,
We are planning a trip to Tioman over the National Day Weekend and have been advised not to take the coach to Mersing due to the time it takes, instead taking a private transfer. Most companies I have found operate with 7 to 9 seater mini vans at around $420 return.
As there are only two of us ths works out quite expensive, and therefore wondered if anyone else wanted to share the journey and cost?.
We are departing Thursday 9th August, Returnig Sunday 12 August.

I think you may have better luck approaching local travel agents. Trips to Tioman with a private van/bus are (or at least use to be) in their standard offer and you may try to buy 2 seats instead of buying the whole package (trip + hotel).
