Rock Climbing scene in Singapore

Hi Everyone
Ill be going to singapore from september to marts and are trying to get a lay of the land down there when it comes to climbing (both bouldering and lead). I am danish and have been climbing since November.
I checked out the climb central, which atleast on the size looks really cool but I was wondering if someone could share abit about how the social part is there (or can recormmend other places). I am use to a smaller climbing club where people are very open and help each other to become better, is this something I could expect in Singapore or what is the culture like?
